Greenfield Shelters

Structure:

• All RCC works shall be M20 Grade concrete.
• RR masonry for foundation works, the depth of foundation will be 4’ from the NGL.
• Reinforcement shall be VIZAG / SAIL / TISCON.
• Cement shall be approved brand (Ramco / Chettinad)
• RCC Sloped roof with Monier roof tiles
• All external wall would be 340mm thick, in CM 1:5.
• All partition walls will be of First Class Country bricks using CM 1:4.
• Internal and external plastering will be of 15mm & 20mm thick respectively in CM 1:5.

Doors & Windows:

• All door frames will be Sal Wood of 4”x3” thick frame size and door shutters shall be factory made flush doors of 1 ¼ “ thickness.
• All Windows will be UPVC with plain glass.
• Entrance door shall be completely teak wood of size 5”x3” and shutters made of teak wood with 1 ½ “thickness.
• Quality Hardwares to be used.
• All window grills will be 12mm square bars.

Flooring

• Flooring will be of Vitrified tiles. (cost of tiles Rs.50/- Sq.ft) – Johnson / Eqv.

Kitchen

• Kitchen tiles shall be 3’ height – Johnson / Eqv. – above the Kitchen Platform.
• Kitchen Platform shall be Black Granite Platform with Stainless steel sink.
• If the client prefers Modular Kitchen, it will be designed to suit Modular Kitchen (only electrical and plumbing points will be provided).

Bathroom

• Bath and Toilet floors shall be Ceramic Tiles (Cost of Tile Rs.30/- Sq.ft.)- Johnson / Eqv.
• Bath and Toilet walls shall be glazed tiles of 7^’ height (cost of Tile Rs.40/- Sq.ft.)
• All sanitary fittings shall be Hindware / Parryware.
• Provision for one Geyser in each Bathroom.

Plumbing

• All water supply lines are of CPVC.
• Jaquar / Continental Model CP fittings.
• Finolex PVC pipes for Sewerage lines.
• Sintex Tank of 1000 litres capacity.

Electrical

• Wires shall be Finolex / V-guard / ISI make
• Switches, plugs, Socket and MCB shall be Legrand make.

Painting & Polishing

All internal walls are Dulux / Asian make emulsion over the base coat of primer and Birla White Putty; External Walls are One coat of White wash and Two coats of exterior emulsion. All wood works and Grill works will be painted with one coat of primer and two coats of enamel painting over enamel putty. Entrance door shall be French Polishing.
